Education Program and Organizational Structure Review
LearnED Potential consultants are certified education leaders with extensive experience monitoring special education and general education programs at the district level. Universal Design for Learning Framework Development and Coaching
Universal Design for Learning (UDL) is a framework that gives all students an equal opportunity to succeed. This approach to teaching and learning offers flexibility in the ways students access material and show what they know.
Our Universal Design Learning Services, help build the capacity of the teachers and administrators looking to implement UDL.
Our consultants give comprehensive training on the UDL principles and guidelines, which include teaching strategies that fall within the 3 guidelines (Engagement, Representation, Action & Expression). We conduct planning, observations, coaching, and technical assistance on UDL implementation. We gather info on teachers’ goals for students and ongoing data on the UDL principles.
Professional Development and Coaching
LearnED Potential offers a range of training—delivered in person or online—to meet the learning needs of your entire staff, and help them realize the full potential of blended-learning practices. We offer both leadership and instructional coaching in a one-to-one and small group setting to support early-stage practitioners. We help build the capacity of leaders and teachers to differentiate and implement blended learning, universal design for learning, and co-teaching strategies to address the needs of diverse students. Our educators provide support to individual families and school districts through intervention services, general tutoring services, workshops, and more through Tutor Potential. Tutor Potential is our branch of family services with a mission to provide positive universally designed tutoring experiences that will help diverse learners improve skills, build self-esteem and maximize their potential.
